Bosstamps Postzegelhandel processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Purposes and legal basis for which we process personal data

Bosstamps Postzegelhandel processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Viewing, amending or deleting data

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you.

If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or right to data portability, or if you have other questions/comments about the data processing, please send a specified request to webmaster@bosstamps.nl. To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

Bosstamps Postzegelhandel will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. Bosstamps Postzegelhandel would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How we secure personal data

Bosstamps Postzegelhandel takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The data is sent via a secure connection and stored in a secured database.

Location detection

To determine from which country you are visiting our shop, we look up your IP address in a database on our own server; your IP address is not passed on to third parties in the process. IP Geolocation by DB-IP (licence CC BY 4.0).
